But the real killer came forward at the last minute and gave information that only the real killer could know. So the charges against Jason and Brenda were dismissed. Scott became determined to find Alcazar's real murderer and get a conviction one way or another.

Focusing in on Skye as the next suspect, Scott illegally put a microphone in Skye's purse lining and overheard Jax tell her in secret that Alexis killed Alcazar. Scott went to confront Alexis, and she revealed an alternate personality to him. Her other personality wielded a knife at Scott and promised to protect Alexis no matter what she had to do.
